This recipe is something that you could either make on a weekend
morning for breakfast or even make the day before and heat it up in the
microwave in the morning.
Baked Oatmeal
3 cups quick rolled oats
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 to 1 cup craisins
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 to 1 cups dried apples
applesauce
Mix
all ingredients together and pour in a greased 9x9 pan. Bake at 350
degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve warm with milk and applesauce.
